KASHMIR featuring Jean Violet – The Spirit of Led Zeppelin Live
Jan 18, 2025 6:30:00 PM
Get TicketsExperience the mythos and magic of Led Zeppelin – the hits *and* deep cuts that you’ve loved all of your life, with the visual dynamism you’d expect from a Zep show. See Jean as the personification of a young Robert Plant, with his long, golden mane and powerful, seductive vocal delivery. Witness Kevin Slover in his iconic black dragon suit, strutting the stage like a young, cocky Jimmy Page delivering his blistering, raucous riffs with both power and finesse. …and multi instrumentalist Lenny Lee – as someone who’s long been inspired by the playing and creativity of John Paul Jones – is a natural in the role of “Jonesy”, having performed these songs live for many years. Finally, David Blampied, “keeper of the groove”, is equally adept at the subtle, nuanced passages as well as the thunderous grooves Bonham is known for, creating a dynamic driving force for this powerful rhythm section.
As fate would have it, the members of KASHMIR featuring Jean Violet do bear a resemblance to their counterparts in Led Zep, so beyond the power and intensity of their sound, there’s a visual realism that truly completes the experience. Do yourself a favor and get out to see KASHMIR featuring Jean Violet, and behold them as they embody the Spirit of Led Zeppelin Live, and transport you to a time when Giants Walked the Earth!

Virginia Man LIVE at Cult

Bumpin Uglies LIVE at Cult w/The Grilled Lincolns
Feb 21, 2025 7:00:00 PM
Get TicketsDriven by DIY merit, Annapolis band, Bumpin Uglies is no stranger to the pull of the bootstrap.
Seven successful studio albums have paved the way for the awe-inspiring eighth. Underdog: The Acoustic Sessions, recorded live in studio by the band’s founder, Brandon Hardesty, showcases the songwriting prowess that has been a constant pillar of the band’s music since its inception. Consisting of 16-tracks, the LP introduces seven new songs never before heard and nine fan favorites that have been stripped down to raw, poignant, gut-punching versions that differ from the fast-paced guitar riffs, pulsing drums, and dynamic horn sections of the originals.
Since the early 2000s, Bumpin Uglies have been carving their own path; channeling their tenacious and relentless attitude into their meticulous craft. Rejecting conventional norms, Bumpin Uglies has established a distinctive sound that is a perfect reflection of their Mid-Atlantic roots - gritty, down-to-earth, and bursting with charisma.
Bumpin Uglies cannot be pigeonholed. Their extensive discography is a testament to that. The band uses its platform to call out villains, spread awareness, and share personal stories. Their songs speak truth and in a world that often feels manicured, Bumpin Uglies unites people under the banner of music, reminding us there is beauty in realness.
Joining the bill is The Grilled Lincolns, Influenced by hip-hop, rock, jazz and reggae, The Grilled Lincolns have created a unique, funky style that appeals to more than one genre of music lover.

Ricky Wise is a Baltimore based singing drummer. Growing up on the music of the '40s and '50s from his Grandparents, classic rock from the '60s through the '80s from his Dad, and soul, Motown, and disco hits from the '60s through today from his Mom, he had a wide range of musical knowledge to pull from when he became a full time musician. Ricky has been performing in the DMV area for over a decade now, and has no plans on stopping any time soon. Ricky still enjoys digging through the archives and listening to tunes of the past, as well as finding new music that turns him on, and finding some time to work on original music of his own in his spare time.

The Dirty Grass Players with The High and Wides
Feb 28, 2025 7:00:00 PM
Get TicketsWith a nod to the past and glance to the future the Dirty Grass Players are keeping alive the long history of bluegrass while pushing the traditional genre into the next generation.
The Dirty Grass Players are an energetic explosion of old-time pickin’, coloured with an inventive, newgrass hand, that is given lyrical life by their soaring vocal harmonies that exist on an ethereal plain. They live at the crossroads between the traditional, which is the backbone of what they do, and the progressive with their innovative forward-thinking approach. The Dirty Grass Players, with their steady, workman-like precision and loose adventurous spirit are a band that can both confound Bill Monroe and cause him to smile uncontrollably. Their music is progressive, traditional, experimental, imaginative, and at its core, Dirty.
https://thedirtygrassplayers.com/
Joining the Dirty Grass Players are The High and Wides, a big, driving sound—musical traditions re-imagined for a new century. With roots in urban Baltimore and the rural Delmarva peninsula, they draw on bluegrass backgrounds and weave in influences from new wave to old time to make music that defies boundaries while evoking the era when country, bluegrass, western swing, and early rock'n'roll mingled freely.

Medium Debbie Wojciechowski
Mar 6, 2025 7:00:00 PM
Get TicketsWe are thrilled to announce that Medium Debbie Wojciechowski will be coming to Cult Classic Brewing in Stevensville, MD to offer a fascinating Mediumship Experience!
Join Medium Debbie on Thursday March 6 2025 as she provides detailed messages to random audience members from their loved ones in Spirit. While all attendees are NOT guaranteed a reading, it is an excellent opportunity to better understand the amazing world of Spirit.
Debbie's metaphysical journey began with a near death experience when she was a teenager. Multiple personal losses in her early 20's prompted a personal journey to study and learn more about what she had come to realize is a Metaphysical gift. She has studied extensively with British mediums in the traditions of the Spiritualist Churches of Great Britain. Concurrently she did pursue a more 'normal career'; she holds a masters' Degree for Johns Hopkins and worked as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer for over 20 years. This background and experience dealing with very difficult situations lends itself well to the readings she provides with insight, sensitivity, and empathy.
We do ask that all attendees be at least 18 years of age.
Reserved seating (seated) is $45 per person.

Kelly Bell Band and Sweet Leda RETURN
Mar 15, 2025 7:00:00 PM
Get TicketsThe best in the biz are back for another amazing night of all-Maryland music.
KELLY BELL BAND
Blues Revue Magazine describes the Kelly Bell Band (KBB) as “Among the most genre-expanding acts on today’s blues scene. Who else can combine elements of hip-hop, funk, and blues-electrified here” Originally formed as the back-up band for rock and roll pioneer, Bo Diddley, KBB has been touring the world ever since entertaining fans in Japan, Spain, Italy, Greece, Cuba, Germany and more.
The band has won two prestigious Maryland Music Awards, including “Best Blues Band.” In 2018 they were been nominated for “Music Icon”. KBB has been voted “Best Blues Band” in the Mid Atlantic Region (12 years in a row), and was recently named “Best Band” by Baltimore Style Magazine.
Their debut album, ‘Phat Blues Music’ remains one of the best selling releases in Mid-Atlantic region history. In addition to Kelly’s role as front man, Bell is a regular on area radio shows, commercials, television news and several television and movie appearances.
Kelly Bell, known as ‘The Bluesman’, is joined by Ryan Fowler and Eric Robinson (guitar), Frankie Hernandez (bass), John Robert Buell (drums), Jon Mauer (piano) and Taylor Zimmerman (vocals and violin).
SWEET LEDA
Sweet Leda knows how to get the party started - moving and grooving with an undeniably contagious energy that nearly leaps off the stage, as front-woman Julie Cymek often does. Cymek’s deep, bluesy wail is familiar and fun, a bopping, rhythmic sneer that's just as much Mary J. Blige as it is Janis Joplin. From smooth and sultry to jumpin and bumpin, Sweet Leda blends new-school funk and soul with old-school blues and rock into a stew so red hot, you can feel the flavor from the first lick.
Touring the mid Atlantic regularly for over a decade, Sweet Leda has shared the stage with artists such as Galactic, 311, Butch Trucks, Oteil Burbridge, Luther Dickinson, Maceo Parker, and Jefferson Starship, picking up five Tri State Indie Music Awards, a Groupie’s Choice Award, and more along the way.
